Thursday, November 4
last night after an amazing yoga class i came home, was watching tv, thinking how nice my place is, when a 4-5 inch grey mouse ran along the wall infront of me. i threw myself OFF the couch in a panic, trying to reach the kitchen table so i could, of course, jump up on it. in the process i banged up my toe badly. i'm home w/ ice, keeping it elevated. it hurts. i feel so retarded. have to get an exterminator in here. they just move so fast!

hopelet, you understand. i'm thinking of you today.

cold has come unexpectedly. winter salt has eaten my shoes. summer food has cramped my clothes. i enjoy beautiful things but shopping has become more tiring. i think i never was very much into it. must start knitting b.day scarf tonight. took me hours to unwind the intial wool spool. someone made the wool and me and this universe. could have been as easy as knitting. or simply thinking.
